Biography:

Deborah N. SIMORANGKIR earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park, her Master of Science degree in Communication Management from Towson University, and her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Media and Communication Sciences from Technische Universität Ilmenau. Her main research interests are in gender, culture, and public relations. She is currently Associate Professor of Global Strategic Communications, and Director of Internship and International Office at Swiss German University (Indonesia).
