Biography:
Munawaroh is currently a lecturer at Swiss German University (SGU). She was served as department head at the Swiss German University Hotel and Tourism until 2018,while teaching courses on hotel front office, human resources, and corporate culture. She completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management, concentration in human resources, and joined an academic collaborative project at the Hotel Management School of Leeuwarden (HMSL) in the Netherlands. Now she is finishing her study on doctoral program at Binus University
Experience:
Before entering the world of education, Munawaroh worked in the service industry, especially in the hotel industry. Her nearly twelve years of experience in the service industry supports him while teaching at university, providing real-life examples based on his experiences. Joining several associations, such as the Hotel Front Liner Association (HFLA), an association of front office managers throughout Indonesia, helping her get the most up-to-date information for her front office courses, and becoming a member of the Hotel Human Resources Manager Association (HHRMA) is Munawaroh’s effort to enrich information when teaching human resources courses
Education Background
Her experience in the world of education has even been carried out long before joining SGU, such as being a teacher at the AUSAID Project in developing the Indonesian National Competency Work Standards book (SKKNI) in the hospitality sector, joining the USAID project and Spanish NGOs by becoming a teacher for vocational school teachers in Indonesia. Timor Leste, as well as being a guest lecturer at the International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland. She completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management, concentration in human resources, and joined an academic collaborative project at the Hotel Management School of Leeuwarden (HMSL) in the Netherlands. Now she is finishing her study on doctoral program at Binus University
